Refunds and Defective Goods
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note all chocolates and handmade truffles have a shelf life of 7-10 days from the date of purchase and/or pickup date. Chocolates cannot be left outside or exposed to extreme temperatures.
You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly in writing via email at email@example.com or or by phoning us at 07429 472606 of any dissatisfaction with your order. We will promptly and fully refund the price of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction or arrange for the delivery of replacement goods, provided that you notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To complete your refund or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
