The seeds of Dark Sugars were first sewn at London's finest food markets, including Borough Market and farmer's markets. These outlets have a real sense of community, a family if you like. They are the antithesis of the supermarket giants who try to dominate our food landscape. Through getting to know us, our customers learn about where their food comes from and how it is made. They become friends, help us develop and come up with some amazing ideas for new flavours and products.
